Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided if:

• NAS.NL Taxi cancels the booked ride

• An error occurs due to our system or staff

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• No-shows (failure to appear at pickup location)

• Late cancellations

• Delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, emergencies)​
